Not with me is a concept of the German Ju-Jutsu Association to teach children and young people self-assertion and self-defence in an age-appropriate way.
Our team of trainers led by Sebastian Ehrhard (4th Dan) will teach the participants action concepts and techniques in this 8-hour weekend course. Of course, what has been learnt will be practised in numerous exercises and role plays. Theoretical topics such as self-defence law will be covered, as well as possible solutions to various situations.
The aim is to play through a basic set of experiences of violent or threatening situations in a protected atmosphere in small scenarios in order to gain ideas for future real problems.
In addition, simple and very effective martial arts techniques are trained in order to be able to assert oneself violently in an emergency situation.
