In the various departments, we are happy to welcome interested parties with or without previous experience - with the wide range of styles we offer, one is sure to suit you. Or even more than one?

Get a first impression here, then just come along and join in one of the training sessions. For the first training sessions, all you need is simple sportswear: Long training pants and preferably a long-sleeved T-shirt.

In addition, a pair of flip-flops for the way from the changing room to the dojo (training hall) is important for those Budo groups that practice barefoot. Before the class, please wash your feet in the locker room.
