Traditionally, the first Ju-Jutsu course of Association Baden the takes place in Hemsbach with our grandmaster and teacher Achim Hanke (9th DAN).

This time we from the PSV were represented by 11 participants. In four hours Achim entertained us with techniques and exercises across the examination programme.

There were holding technique variations, alternative release concepts, armbar exercises and of course some throwing variations based on Achim Hanke.
