As every year, our Jodō Summer Gasshuku takes again place in Würzburg, now for the 23rd time. The topic of this Gasshuku is "MA-AI", which means the correct distance between two opponents. The three components of "MA-AI", which are "TO-MA" - "CHIKA-MA" - "UCHI-MA", play an important role in this context, which will be deepened during the Gasshuku. Unfortunately, only little attention is paid to this topic during training, which can lead to minor injuries. For this reason, special attention must be paid to "MA-AI".
