For some Budo groups there are additional national association fees (membership fees), as well as a pass fee for examinations or participation in competitions.

Payment options

• All contributions are generally collected by direct debit. The PSV Heidelberg e.V. uses the creditor identification number DE88ZZ00000798344.

Due date

• Annual fees for ball sports and passive membership) are collected on 15 April of the year.
•  The fee for Budo sports is due half on 15 April (for the first half of the year) and half on 15 October (for the second half of the year). We collect association fees for the respective sports association; they are always due for a calendar year regardless of the date of entry.
• The membership fee is generally debited pro rata for memberships joining during the year.
• Reductions will only be granted if proof is sent at least 4 weeks before the move-in date.
• Temporary membership fees are collected on a monthly basis.
• A fee may be charged for each reminder. Anyone who is in arrears with the payment of the fee despite two reminders can be deleted from the list of members in accordance with § 5 of our Articles of Association and is then no longer entitled to take part in the sporting activities.

Admission to and withdrawal from the club

• The Executive Board decides on the admission of the member to the PSV Heidelberg e.V. The application for admission is deemed to have been accepted with the confirmation of admission sent by e-mail or if the member is not notified of the rejection in writing within one month.
• Resignations from the Polizeisportverein Heidelberg e.V. are only possible with three months' notice to the end of the first six months. Cancellation of membership must be made in writing in accordance with §5 of our statutes, e.g. by email to Member administration can be cancelled. Cancellation is also possible via our association software.
  In exceptional cases, early resignation is decided exclusively by the Executive Board in consultation with the respective head of department.
