Playful elements alternate with periods of concentration, strengthening team spirit, respect and self-confidence. Parents report that it provides a valuable balance to everyday life. Training takes place on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the dojo of the Heidelberg Police Sports Club. Free trial training and a 6-week taster course for £25. You can join at any time.
