This year our 25th anniversary took place. Jodo Gasshuku will take place in Würzburg for the last time. Due to organisational issues on the part of the city, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to organise a Gasshuku there.
However, this tradition will not die out, our 26th Gasshuku will take place in Ravensburg on Lake Constance.

Once again, numerous participants from a wide variety of countries took part. The topic of this Gasshuku was the term SHISEI 姿勢. SHISEI could be described as the unity of physical and mental posture. Even when learning kihon, it is essential to pay attention to correct posture. Here

As usual, we went back to the "Schützenhof" restaurant on Saturday evening, where we were able to bid farewell to the city with a marvellous view over Würzburg.

I would also like to mention that our newcomer Romain Schwarz from France has made the 3rd Kyu. Congratulations to him!

Finally, a big thank you to Franz and his helpers, who prepared breakfast for us for 25 years. We will miss you.
