Two Ju-Jutsuka from our ranks successfully passed their belt examination at the state examination on 16 July in Rastatt.
After a long preparation that was interrupted by Covid19, Anton Greb passed the 1st Kyu (brown) and Mario Schreer the 2nd Kyu (blue).
In Ju-Jutsu, belt examinations from the 2nd Kyu (blue) upwards are carried out by external examiners with external partners at a national examination in order to give the Ju-Jutsuka a taste of the sport outside their own club.
In preparation, it is then compulsory to attend at least one training course outside the club.
In the examination programme for 2nd kyu (blue), Mario also had the examination subject of knives for the first time. There he had to demonstrate that he can absorb and control knife attacks.
For Anton it was the last exam before the 1st DAN (black). He could take the DAN exam next summer and advance to master level.
We would like to congratulate Anton and Mario on passing their exams.
