We congratulate our 2nd Chairman Karl Kiening on passing his training instructor exam at the Zen monastery in Buchenberg.

Under the guidance of Karl Kiening, anyone interested will meet on Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:00 from 9 November 2023 for an introduction to ZEN meditation.
The group is open to all club members. Non-club members are welcome to come along up to three times for a taster session.
