Fancy martial arts for all ages?
We offer beginner Ju-Jutsu training with the basics of punching, kicking, levering and throwing as well as some ground fighting. you will learn how to roll and fall without injury and how to defend yourself against punching and kicking attacks.
On 26 July 2025, our Ju-Jutsu group got together for a barbecue. In sunny weather, members, friends and families came together to eat, play and celebrate team spirit.

Monday training full of vigour: PSV Ju-Jutsu team trained with fun and energy in the Heidelberg dojo.
Together with the Ju-Jutsu Verband Baden, we were able to give interested parties an insight into the world of self-defence.
First Ju-Jutsu course of the year in Hemsbach with our grandmaster and teacher Achim Hanke (9th DAN). We were there with 11 participants.
The Aikido, Ju-Jutsu, Karate and Kyudo departments ended the year together with an interdisciplinary workshop.
Our trainer and deputy head of the Ju-Jutsu department Sebastian Ehrhard passed his 4th Dan examination in Rastatt on 10 December. Together with 6 other candidates, he was able to demonstrate his skills.
Ju-Jutsu training for young people aged 14 and over takes place every Monday at 18:00. Our qualified trainer and former competitor Richard will teach you the basics of kickboxing, cool judo throws, holding techniques and much more.
On 15 July 2023, the Landes Kyu examination for Ju-Jutsu took place in Durmersheim. All of our examinees passed, with four passing the 2nd kyu exam and one passing the 1st kyu exam.
