Purpose and legal basis: Your data will be processed for the purposes of establishing and managing your membership (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). You must complete the mandatory fields in order to become a member.

Recipients: easyVerein (the operator of the club management software) as a data processor, and the relevant sports federations, insofar as this is necessary for federation membership.

Retention period: for the duration of membership; data relevant to tax and accounting purposes for up to 10 years, in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 of the GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Baden-Württemberg State Data Protection Commissioner). You may withdraw any consent you have given (e.g. to the publication of photographs) at any time with future effect.
