On 18 January 2026 the traditional New Year's shooting the Kyudo department of the PSV Heidelberg this time under the sign of the Fire horse, which stands for energy, courage and determination.

With varied target games such as the Annual mato, diagonal shooting at half mato and the popular Balloon shooting there was something for everyone. Both Makiwara contactor:inside at short distances as well as Mato contactor:inside at 28 metres got their money's worth.

Excellent catering was provided during the break - a big thank you to all the helpers!

The New Year's shooting was a lot of fun for everyone and was a successful, motivating start to the new year 2026. We look forward to an active and inspiring Kyudo year!
