After years of training, dedication and focus, Friederike successfully took and passed her well-deserved Nidan (2nd Dan) Aikido exam at a Shinki Rengo Aikido course in Edingen (where Friederike also lives). M.D. Nakajima Sensei and the examination committee agreed that Friederike had made great progress and mastered all Aikido techniques with confidence - including defence against two attackers, defence against weapon attacks and spontaneous punches and kicks. Family and friends of Friederike, including a former member of our dojo, came to watch her test. Friederike made us all proud with her performance.
