Impressions of this year's Annual General Meeting on 16 March 2023.

Brief report

Markus opened this year's meeting to the sounds of the tango groups dancing in the next room. This was followed by the reports of the Executive Board, Managing Director, Treasurer and Auditor. The motion to approve the actions of the Board of Directors was adopted and motions to amend the Articles of Association (see here) were approved by the meeting. After the honours for long-standing memberships, the meeting was closed.
